Prerequisites

This workshop is appropriate for any ability level with a reasonable comfort in the water.

The referral refund applies to participants that pay in full for the workshop. A refund will be given at the end of the weekend. A five-person limit is in place.

Our schedule will be as follows (subject to minor revision):

Friday, Feb 23
6:30pm – 7:30pm Meet in Hallway by pool deck – orientation and foundational instruction
7:30pm – 9:00pm Pool – video tape and drills
9:00pm – 10:00pm – review of video and more instruction
Friday, March 09
6:30pm – 7:30pm Meet in Hallway by pool deck – orientation and foundational instruction
7:30pm – 9:00pm Pool – video tape and drills
9:00pm – 10:00pm – Video review, questions and answers

What do I bring?

For the classroom: Pad and pen for note taking. For the pool: an extra pair of goggles – just in case, towel(s) water bottle and a snacks. Water is cool so a rash guard or wetsuit is allowed.

We recommend that male students wear a Speedo-type brief or close-fitting triathlon swim shorts, rather than loose-fitting swim trunks, which can make balance even more of a challenge.

Transfer policy

A request for a transfer must be received 16 days or more prior to the workshop. Then a $100.00 transfer fee per person will be applied to a future workshop, and the deposit will be credited toward that workshop.

Cancellation policy

NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations LESS THAN 16 days prior to the scheduled workshop. For cancellations at least 16 days prior to the scheduled workshop, any monies paid above the $100.00 deposit will be refunded in full. The $100.00 deposit per person remains non-refundable, but may be transferred to any future workshop within one year of initial registration.
